For older images find the area 'search older "Non-Indexed" Images' and select the drop down box for instrument type.  For older indices 'search Older Direct/Reverse index'. The Tax Collector and Property Appraisor are both excellent sites and have printable maps.

Overall, the information available online for Bay County is far above average.  It is a little tough to search the older indices due to lack of descriptions, but this is true in-courthouse as well.
