General Information This site will be under development for some time. During it's construction, please feel free to email me and make any suggestions you may have. It is a very interactive site; meant to be used and improved. And although I add content daily, I do not make additions available until they are fully functional - you won't find any dead ends as you work. My goal is to create a resource for the title searcher, examiner, abstractor and general user to consolidate the various tools we use in performing our work. Please tell all your friends and associates - this is for anyone finding it useful! Initially, I will add a County Search Page for each county in Florida, Georgia and Alabama. On each of these "ProSearcher" pages will be links to the Tax Collector, Property Appraiser, Clerk of the Court or Probate Court and any other applicable county government websites. I have found this one stop county search area to be really, really handy. As I receive feedback from suppliers (and you folks), I will add information on each of these pages like: 1. Individual county quirks - some counties just have odd ways of indexing or labeling or where they hide the maps. How to get certified copies? Plat maps? 2. Phone numbers and contacts for key people in the courthouse. 3. Third party entities that may be helpful - title plants, underwriters, etc. 4. Directions to the courthouse and other offices. 5. History and points of interest. In addition, there are online forms that can be customized to your individual needs, or those of your clients. I find that as I travel, I can usually find a Starbucks or hotel that has an internet connection - but I don't always have a scanner or all my files with me. You can create a report, upload your images and send the whole works to your client or your office with a few clicks. Even before you contact me for individual customized forms - you may use the generic ones ~ Chainsheet, Report Form and Cover Letter and then simply email them to your client. Stage 2 will begin after I have all the counties completed in the ProSearcher area. I will provide an area to draw legals; a proofreader for reading back a legal and an online best practices guide.
